It was 1997 when I started to work in the tourism and hospitality sector as a student, first as a trainee in several 4 and 5 stars hotels, then as a waiter at event management companies. In the past 20 years I graduated at a college (BA) and two universities (MA) and incepted in the field of \u2019the improvement of a touristic location\u2019. During my career I had the opportunity to work for an extended period in the USA, where we established one of the popular restaurants of Sarasota, thanks to our hard work.<\/p>\n
In Budapest, I participated in the creation of two big experience centers of which the first one had become a very emblematic caf\u00e9 in the capital.<\/p>\n
It is the V\u00e1rosliget Caf\u00e9 and multifunctional event center \u2013 from 2011 I am the CEO of this special facility. It was created as a result of a very well-planned and precisely programmed destination improvement project. It is a multiproduct touristic and leisure center. It offers many active recreation possibilities, variable programs and different sport activities not only for tourists, but for the citizens of Budapest. Wintertime it functions as an ice-skating rink, while during the summer it is a lake, and between the two periods it provides location for different festivals, surrounded by a historical scenery \u2013 unique in Europe \u2013 and different catering facilities.<\/p>\n
We imagined this multi-dimensional destination improvement, called Royal Guard located in the Royal Guard Hall and the Stable Hall as the mix of the V\u00e1rosliget Caf\u00e9 and the experiences from the USA. It is not just a caf\u00e9 or an exhibition, but a center providing complex experience where the visitors can look into the 260-year-old history of the Hungarian Guards and our national gastronomy.<\/p>\n
To establish a business where we can create value for our nation and our guests with an enthousiastic and dedicated team. Where my gained knowledge and experience are planted in fruitful soil and listened to appreciative ears. Where we can fulfill our guests\u2019 expectations, or even surpass them.
